Robert and Carrie lead Metas Financial with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality bookkeeping, tax preparation, and CFO advisory services. Together, they bring decades of experience in finance, accounting, and operations, supporting small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs across the U.S.

Robert te Winkel, CPA, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. He has served as CFO for multiple nonprofit organizations and specializes in tax strategy, compliance, and financial planning. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Robert is a licensed Certified Public Accountant based in Seattle.

Carrie Moore holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management. She has extensive experience in client services, financial operations, and business administration across the nonprofit and higher education sectors. Carrie leads client experience and operational strategy at Metas Financial.
